Jen Seiser *

Jen Seiser I graduated from RIT in May of 2007 with a degree in graphic design and a minor in marketing. I began working with two entrepreneurs in Pittsford to begin a concept for a new restaurant. As the director of marketing and design I have had the opportunity to develop the brand from the ground level and design all materials to support it. The concept is more than a healthy dining venue with an in-house recording studio to shoot live cooking videos, hold cooking contests, and teach cooking classes. I have also helped to create, execute and market our art gallery, charity night, catering service, live jazz music, and the largest “green” wine bar in the country. I have promoted the restaurant though local advertising and community trade shows. I also do freelance design work and marketing consulting for new businesses.
